On 3/1/2013 My car was booked at Sandown Motors to check the shocks a noisy pulley. I had a written report from a reputable shock dealer that the condition of the shocks was not good at all. Surprisingly was that the front shocks that was replaced recently, was even worse than the rear shocks. According Mercedes they don't acknowledge the quality of the shocks dealer's standards.
It was diagnosed hat a pulley was noisy and had to be replaced, but they first had to order the part. It is almost a month later and I am still waiting on their response and the ordered part. Several calls to Sandown Motors requesting Saliem to call me, delivered no response. I really expect much better from service than this.
