My car went in the 2nd of January 2013 for repairs, It was there for 2 weeks straight. On receiving my car everything looked fine, just to notice later that my bumper keeps getting loose, and that the acsel (spelling) untop of the shock wasn't replaced. They took my car for wheel alignment with the spare wheel on, instead of changing the new wheel that was claimed and received from the insurance. We complaint to Auto MAgic about it, with excuses everytime from them, after 2 weeks of waiting my car went back for the repairs again. 2 days in a row my car was there just to hear that they can't find a new acsel, (after all the complaining) they have to bend the one in the car. We agreed on that, another day my car had to go in for the bending and was a full day at the wheel alignment shop, so my bumper and side wasn't fixed. Yesterday I phoned them to hear if i can take my car in for the bumper and side, on their replay they will phone me back. Still haven't heared from them untill now. They received the money from the insurance and my car still isn't fixed correctly. I mean seriously it had to be right the first latest second time. And i'm still strugling to get it fixed.
