New Ford Focus Delivered With Damaged Rim & Tyre

I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 2.0 TDCI Trend Powershift from Action Ford Roodepoort. I picked up the car and on my way back to Vanderbijlpark noticed that the wheel alignment and balancing was out (alignment out to the left). I immediately informed the salesmen who said he forgot to do the balancing and alignment and that I needed to go back to Roodepoort to have it fixed as he can't arrange to have it fixed in Vanderbijlpark. I was unhappy with his resolution and decided to take it to Ford SA Customer Service. They finally assisted me to have it done at any Tiger Wheel and Tyre. I went to my nearest Tiger Wheel and Tyre and they discovered that the rim and the tyre was damaged and that was the reason that my car's alignment and balancing was out. They urged me to have it replaced urgently as it can burst at any time. I contacted Action Ford to have my wheel replaced and they replied stating that they will have it fixed not replaced. I again lodged a complaint at Ford SA Customer Service but now I am battling to get it sorted out. I now have to drive with a very unsafe car. Who will be responsible if I make an accident due to this? Why is the after sales so poor?
