19 Sep 2013 I purchased a new Hyundai Accent GLS. My first car. The door was chipped and I was told it would be fixed. Y was that not seen on inspection? Driving the car home I noticed the wheel alignment was out. Again Y not checked during PDI? A few days later I saw the Bumper and Bonnet were not right and there was a dent in the bumper and clearly the panels were not aligned properly. I notified the salesmans of all the above & said I must bring it back which I did. We showed him the problems and made him check it properly with us. I returned yesterday to find the alignment was still not done> We all went to Tiger Wheel and I have the report stating the Tow was out. PDI? We then saw the awful paint job done to repair the chip. It was a different colour and was dripping at the bottom of the door! I was meant to accept that?? Y did the salesman not see that? He told me the panels were readjusted yet in my file there is no record of that? It is because someone is trying to cover up mistakes and ones not made by me. I requested a new car and they keep saying my current vehicle is ready for collection. No one can tell me why the panels were bent and misaligned! Disgusting
