In 19 Nov 2012, i took my 5 series in for a service and to have a shaking of my tyres issue sorted at BMW, when i arrived i faced a terrible service, Kim Stockton said the car would need to go to a wheel alignment specialist which they had in BMW and he was very busy.
During the period my car was at BMW my car was damaged and my back bumper was damaged.
Kim Stockton called me on the 5th Dec 2012 who outlined they could not find a silver paint which is a common colour to match my bumper which they damaged and that i should come fetch my car the 14th Jan.
On the 7th Dec 2012 i collected my car and was told that the wheel repairs were done 100% and i must make a payment of over.
When i collected the car on the 7th dec 2012 i drove out the auto bavaria and drove it home, during my drive i realized the same problem which BMW Auto Bavaria claim to have fixed. During the period of the 5th Jan till 7th Feb 2013, my car has been at BMW Auto Bavaria, it has been there for the following reasons:
1. BMW Auto Bavaria never fixed my tyres which i paid for
2. My bumper which BMW Auto Bavaria damaged was never repaired, in actual fact they removed my front bumper and replaced it and not the back.
