I rented a vehicle from Europcar in Vanderbijlpark from 2013/11/12 - 2013/12/06. I paid a cash deposit of R1500, of which an amount of R1450 was to be paid back to me after the safe return of the vehicle. I have given them the correct banking details, and have up to date not received the R1450. I have spoken to the Vanderbijlpark branch as well as the head office numerous times. I have given them other banking details, as there was apparently something wrong with my banking details. I have e-mailed them, but to no avail. This is certainly not something I would expect of a company like Europcar. I am now against the wall.
