My 78 year old mother-in-law, Mrs SM Meininger rented a vehicle through her insurance company from Europcar from their Bela-Bela branch. Her fuel deposit has now been outstanding for a while and kept on being told that it is being processed. She is cash strapped and really needs the money and the delay is unacceptable. How much money do they sit on and draw interest on same before it is refunded? Just not fair!!
