CASH DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED

Regent Insurance authorised my car hire with Europcar Pinetown. I picked up the vehicle on the 17/09/2013 and paid a cash deposit of R750.00. I returned the vehicle 30 days later on the 16/10/2013. I was told that I will get my deposit back 24hrs after it was invoiced. It has now been 552hrs and i still havent received my money. Whenever i call i am told that i should wait 24 to 72hrs, i confirmed my banking details more than 10 times and I am now sick of waiting. I want my money back immediately.
