I have rented a vehicle from Europcar and paid a deposit of R6000, 00 as per standard contract. According to the person serving me at the time, the deposit would be refunded within three days after returning the vehicle on the 10/02/2013.
This has not happened to date, even after many phone calls and e-mails requesting Europcar to do so.
