Rented a car from Europcar at Lanseria Airport and paid a deposit of more than R6000. Returned the car on the 15th of December and recieved the invoice on the 20th. Ref 513638931. Still waiting for my deposit to be paid back into my account. Had to phone the accounts department 3 times before I got word that there was an issue with FNB paying back the cash. Never renting from Europcar again!
