On the 4th of Feburary I sent my car to be fixed because it broke down and it needed a fuel pump.they then advised me that I would need a new fuel pump and it would be ordered via Korea.first they told me it would take 14 working days to get to Cape Town then I called them on the 14th day and they changed it to 17 working without even contacting me. So they said by the 28th of February our car should be ready. I called the 28th and they said they said they not sure where the part is.which is weird.at this point it had been a month and no courtesy car was given to us. I then complained and they told us they have a car for us.which still doesn't help us.then they called me back to say they not sure if it was even ordered or if JHB gave it to another client.and the new part will have to be reordered and will reach JHB the 12th of March. I called today the 12th of March and JHB still did not receive the part it will on be in JHB the 16th and then 3 working days later it will be in Capetown. I feel this is terrible service. I'm still not sure if we will get our car back soon.
