My wife got smash & grabbed in her bakkie and the very next day we took the bakkie for a rear window repalcement. They said they will order the glass and I can come back on Monday. I arranged that I get time off work to do the fitment and left the car there for the day. When I followed up the afternoon, they said they ordered the wrong glass. They will order the correct one and it will be there betwee 3-5 days. It has been over three weeks now, and no one can tell me what the progress is. They just tell me they will phone me back, but no one ever does. Surely a GLASS COMPANY can provide better service and information about the GLASS to a customer?
I also read a lot of similar complaints on this site. I work for a very services driven company and I would have been fired if I gave this type of service to a client. Maybe I am just use to the service our company provides, but I would never use PG glass Menlyn again, and I will make sure I do advise averyone I know not to do business with them.
