I have written two report about this incidence. Can't believe that people can get away with this. The car wasn't damage that bad, it could drive but because my son was in shock Ash frm A1 assist played on his weakness at that moment. No one at their office want to transfer me to the manager or even a email. They all give the same story - "Mam, if your son signed the towing receipt, and if you gave him the right to drive your car then we have full right to tow your vehicle." Even though I spoke to Ash personally over the phone and told him not to tow my car! What am I to do? Have no income, disable, struggle to walk, have to transport, cant even get my mom and kids to school. Selling products for extra income so I feed my kids. I have done extensive training last year to start my own business but now I can't even do that. I refuse to leave it here. Even if I can find a group of people who also had to suffer due unlawful business practice by a1 assist, we WILL start a legal case, for all the money that Im loosing not working, they lost, all the frustration caused by this, all the suffering this is causing my family and already caused & more! I am Tired of people who walk over others.
