Avis is out of cars yet agin, as a result I have to use these other second rate car rental companies. I then used Dollar thrifty, I've used them several times and haven't had bad service, just the usual mediocre level of service, nothing impressive but nothing to complain about. Yesterday I made a booking online, and used the pay 50% deposit upfront, put in my card details but the site seemed to not process it. I tried again. Finally I checked my bank statement and saw that Dollar thrifty had not debited, so I figured I'll book over the counter. I then called Lanseria and spoke to a lady and made an enquiry on whether they had received my booking and if not can she make on for me so that when I get there a car will be available. About an hour later I arrived at Lanseria to find 2 employees both at the counter next to the phone and computer. Ithen was assisted by the make to make a booking, in all the time I was there this girl was twiddling with her thumbs clearly not making any follow up on the telephonic query I made that she had said she would call back. I left and till today that girl has never got back to me.she can't claim to be busy I was there and saw her bumming.so lazy! SIES
