Why am I not surprised your a vendor that DOESN'T reply to complaints? You'd have to start a whole division just handling them. Your only saving grace is that you are gov subsidized. Your staff have the most egotistical, arrogant and self righteous sense of entitlement I have ever come across in a group of people offering a "service". Whoever is training you is doing a brilliant job of churning out who dont give a about their jobs and just take a pay check. Its astounding that you ALL have the same attitude and do NOTHING to assist your clients while onboard. I've traveled to over 60 countries, been on many airlines and you are by far the worst that this world has to offer. I was subject to my worst flight EVER due to my regular airline being full... yours was not. Be carefull SAA, people are sick and tired of your and the wheel turns. Small eg: When people press the light for assistance, dont walk past, turn it off and carry on walking without bothering to ask if anyone needed anything. How lazy are you? What else do you have to do but to assist? If you hate it that much then change you job! I truly hope that you all get what karma has to offer you... lazy!
