Losing Faith in the Brand

I purchased a pre owned Audi A5 3.0TDI Sportback in February from Fury Ford and Mazda not knowing that the car had a fault where the engine management light comes on. Had I known this I would not have purchased the car to begin with! Within 2 weeks of taking delivery the light came on. I immediately contacted Audi in Durban who asked me to bring the car to them, which I did. I decided not to make a big deal of it seeing that the car is still covered by Audi's motor plan and warrantee. After getting the car back the same problem occured again where the same process was followed. After the 4th time of being inconvenienced I took the car back to Fury Ford to sort out. They were helpful, gave me a courtesy car for the week while my car went to Audi in Umhlanga 2 weeks ago. On Monday my engine management light came on again!!!

I paid 500k for a car and expect it to work properly. The A5 is my 3rd Audi and I was confident that I made the right choice, however after 8 months of frustration and inconvenience I have lost complete faith in Audi as a brand.
