I cannot begin to express my disgust on the level of customer service I've been receiving from Audi.
Yesterday 09/01/2014 around 12:30 my car had a mechanical failure in Queenstown and I called the Audi Roadside Assistance.
13:45 - The car was towed to the nearest Audi dealership which is in East London, about 170km's. I was told i would be contacted once the car gets to the dealership and a diagnosis will be done, giving me an estimate of when the car would be fixed. I was told i will be called with feedback between 09:00 - 10:00, 10/01/2014.
it turns out that the car only got to East London this morning, i have not received any feedback about the issue i have and how long it will take. i have been using my own personal phone to contact the Audi contact centres no one seems to be taking the matter seriously as I am being sent from pillar to post every time I call in.
I had planned to be in Johannesburg on the 11/01/2014, whenever I inquire about the possibility of a courtesy car being offered in this situation I'm in, I am told to wait till the diagnosis has been done, bare in mind, I'm the one who has to call back to find out the status.
THE SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!
