I searched for a car on the internet and found one at TATA PTA North. I already had an approval with ABSA and once Eugene sent me the quote I forwarded him the approval after which he sent me the OTP as well as the invoice. I did all the paperwork with ABSA and activated insurance on the car as well since I even had a copy of the NATIS from Eugene.
I had the release letter but due to data capturing issues, the main dealer was not TATA SA but rather anothe dealer but the ABSA reperesentative signed and stamped the correctio on the OTP and said that they will fix it after confirming all the details with TATA. Eugene was out of office on training for 2 days and I could not take delivery of the car. The lady at the dealer said they cannot accept the release note with the correction and so they said that I must go fix it wit the bank which I went back to the bank and sorted it out. I had a correct relase letter and Eugene was back in the office and I was ready to take delivery of the car.
I spoke to Eugene he said I must come collect the car but I later found that the transaction has been reversed in favour for another customer who paid more for the car without my knowldge.
