Dec 2012, there was a shudder in my car. We took it to Blouberg Motors. Eugene told us he would fix it. When we collected our car the shudder was still there and Eugene told us it was the rear diff mounting of which he could not get stock, but that he had replaced the prop shaft without consulting us at a cost of R 5000.00 which he claimed from our warranty. a year later I took the car to Steves Auto Clinic, they told me the propshaft was the problem, but when they called for the warranty (Motorite) they wouldnt cover it as it had already been paid by them in December 2012. I then took it back to Eugene, told him to fix it please as I dont have the money to fix it, and it has already been paid for, and the original problem, the shudder has never been fixed. he took my car apart, put it back together and told me there was nothing he could do. Now I have taken my car back to Steves Auto Clinic, who has worked on my car before, and we find them very trustworthy. they said today they have taken the propshaft apart. They told us its reconditioned and its been manhandled, my whole car underneath has been hammered. I want my money back so that I can fix this problem properly.
