What an!!! I can't believe this! I bought a BIC lighter and ciggarets yesterday evening around 19:20 at this shell garage from a coloured guy who was on duty then. I got home and tried to use the lighter, but the lighter didn't work. I then realised that the lighter was actually used! I went back to the garage this morning just after 7am to find the manager and told him about the lighter. He then asked me how many times did I use the lighter, I told him I bought it yesterday and tried to use it but it wasn't working and that's the only time! Then he asked the guy I bought the lighter from if I bought the lighter from him yesterday, and the guy said "Yes" and came closer and said but that doesn't look like the lighter he gave me yesterday! From the full box of lighters they are selling there was one orange lighter missing, which is the one he gave to me and I showed the manager that and he refused to change the lighter for me! DISGUSTING attitude for a STUPID lighter! Why would I buy a lighter only to exchange it for a new one the next morning? UNBELIEVABLE REPRESENTATION OF SUCH A REPUTABLE GARAGE OF SA!!! That Manager knows nothing about good customer service!!!
