!!! A service warning appeared on my vehicles computer I arrived at bmw isando at 07h25am and at 11h00 the car was still not ready!!
The service included an oil change and rear brake pads -- this inconvenience caused immense problems in my business day and the fact that bmw advertise FORMULA1 service and take four hours to carry out the work is a and unacceptable!!!
