To whom it may concern
I'm am so disappointed in the service I received. When I took in my car it was promised back in a week
Being an insurance matter I told them to include everything in the estimate... I specifically mentioned the roof
Aircon and radio that died, they said all same problem namely computer box. It was ordered... did not pitch the 15 days as promised then it was re-orderd but it is against company policy to give a courtesy car (my car has now been standing there 7weeks.
Today they mailed me... o sorry the aircon is not working can we give you a price to fix it!! And that was my first problem I mentioned! Also they where paid immediately by my insurance company... no quibble!
I don't now where to turn!
If I phone customer service they just say "lodge a written complaint but you can't really go against company policy"
