I recently replaced my rear brake pads on my bike at Full throttle. They ensured me that it was decent brake pads. 1 week later they were worn down (more or less 100km). I replaced them again at the store with Ferodo's... Too which I learned that the previous onces were racing brake pads and not suppose to last more than one race.
4 weeks ago I ordered Replacement Thor Quadrant straps from them and was insured that it will be there in 7 days, because he phoned the supplier to find out about stock availibility. 14 Days later I phoned to find out about the straps and was told by the person that he will phone me back shortly to tell me what the status on my order was... This was 7 days ago. Still awaiting my call back.
Very dissapointed in service I recieved in store and over the phone, and would doubtfully do any business with them again in future.
