Where is my parcel

I bought an item through Zando and they provided me with a waybill number for Courier IT. Courier IT has failed to deliver my parcel. I was informed that the responsible driver could not reach me to deliver my parcel. This came as a surprise to me as I had not received any contact from their side. No one called me on my cell phone to inform me of the delivery of parcel.
On further enquiry (2013-03-27) I was informed that there would an investigation on when I could expect delivery of my parcel. Up to this moment I have not heard anything from them.
This is terrible service on their part and it also affects the service delivery of their clients (in this case Zando) as the promised turn-around-time for delivery has lapsed. The fact that their line, 0879414701, is unattended does not make the situation any better.

Courier? I don't think so!! The parcel could have been mailed via the post office service...
