We've (tried to) send a parcel from Cape Town to Kroonstad. Upon arrival in Kroonstad, everything was damaged. They where specifically told that the parcel is fragile and which side should be kept up. Obviously nobody paid any attention to this. The person that delivered it just said 'sorry, it's not my problem. Contact my company'. Which we did and now they claim thank's to my damaged parcel, other parcels also got damaged. This is so frustrating as they just do not care at all. What about compensation??? I will definately in future make sure that NO ONE I know ever uses them again. Pathetic.
