Worst service ever received

In August 2013 I purchased a new Renault Sandero Stepway and from day one I was having problems. The first problem that I noticed was that the radio was not working, it kept breaking up while driving in town and could never find any signal, this was reported, but never resolved. I took my car for it's first service to Renault in Alberton and was appalled by the service I received. On arrival I was told that my car is not under a service plan and that I would have to pay cash, after numerous phone calls made it was discovered that my car did have a service plan. I then reported some issues: the radio STILL was not working, my wipers weren't wiping properly and when switching on the aircon it makes this "clicking" sound 4 to 6 times, which I think is not normal and two days before I had smoke coming from the vents. When the service was completed I was told that all these problems have been resolved. When I got in my car I noticed that the centre console was horribly scratched (was replace) and my service booklet was not stamped. Needless to say that not one of these problems were fixed, radio STILL not working, aircon STILL not fixed and wipers STILL not wiping properly.
