Looking at the list of complaints for this company: https:///king-price-insurance/complaints and realising I've got the same problem as they are currently investigating my "case", which I am refering to the Insurance Ombudsman, I think people really need to start reporting this company to the Insurance Ombudsman and not take any from them.
1) I find the whole process dishonest - suddenly I didn't say "this" or "that" when I was recorded initiating the policy - when I remember exactly what I said. Makes you wonder how honest these people actually are.
2) The blatant mistakes on the policy document - like a 6 year old did it. They say my son isn't listed as a driver yet his name is mentioned in the policy document - his name starts with N, but they have Mr A listed, and my name starts with an A.
3) The insurance investigator who goes around recording telephone calls without one's knowledge or permission.
I have NEVER come across such incompetence, unprofessionalism, gross stupidity and bad attitude in my life before, no wonder I raged over the phone when taking out this policy, and having Hepatitis A didn't help matters either.
Cheap is expensive.
