Speedservices - Absolutely USELESS

I was expecting a parcel overnight. The seller sent the package via Speedservices overnight delivery. Its 5 days later and the parcel has yet to be delivered. Nor can I contact Speedservices; their call centre number 0860023133 just puts you on hold and nobody answers! absolutely inept service run by a bunch of!

DONT EVER USE SPEEDSERVICES!
