Speedservices my money and not delivering

I paid for overnight COUNTER to DOOR service (R105) and additional EARLY BIRD service (R152.60) to have the document deliverd at 9 am. kAt 13:45 the parcel was still not delivered, and when I phoned to enquire, they told me the DO NOT DELIVER TO DOOR AT THAT BRANCH! And that I can put in a cliam for the money and wat 3 weeks for it to refund! How could they not have a notice telling that a BRANCH DOES NOT DELIVER? If it was not urgent I would NOT HAVE PAID EXTRA TO ENSURE IT IS THERE EARLY.
