Today is almost a month since I bought a Diahatsu Terios. I've not received good service since then. 1. I unknowingly took the car with expired & tampered plates, 2. I took the car without a spare key (Thiron was to see me the next day to deliver the key & sort my plates out), 3. I received none of the above, 4. I received a fine two weeks later for the pates, on the same morning I was towed re: vehicle due to faulty, expired plates, Thiron came to Metro City Police to deliver the papers & left me without offering any further assistance and left me to travel in Metro City Police cars to & from the Metro City Police pound. Finally I got my car back without his help. Since then I was given new temporary plates that are about to expire this coming Saturday 23/11/13. The plates I received do not fit. The refund was finally done yesterday but it is not cleared and yet when I paid, it went through immediately. I wouldn't have a car should I have not paid with no Thiron to pay for his faults. I find this whole thing despicable. Themba Mhlophe has not even called to oversee. what about my inconvenience? Their staff need customer service training. I worry about the vehicle service.
