19/122013 - They transcribe the address incorrectly when capturing it so the driver can't find the address on 23/12/2013
23/12/2013 - receive a missed call from a landline number.
Google showed the number as belonging to Cape Express.
23/12/2013 I returned the call just moments after but the call centre is unable to assist. Pathetic.
06/01/2014 - I follow up on my package through call centre. It's still sitting pretty in storage, but no one thought to contact me again ("no one knew about the package").
06/01/2014 The call centre personnel connected me with two numbers in operations. The first number went straight to voice mail and the second one was never picked up.
Shocking service.
