I am still awaiting my unisa package from the Skynet branch in Richards Bay who are refusing to deliver my package. I phoned them on 20/02/2013 at aprox. 19h00 and was told that they came to my house several times but there was nobody at home which is a complete and utter because I live in a flat and they didn't even know that the address they were supposed to be delivering to was a flat unit. They said he phoned me but I can guarantee you that he did not, it seems like they forgot about my package and now they are trying to make excuses for their negligence. They still have not contacted me till today.
The date of dispatch was 08/02/2013. I told the guy in Richards Bay that he can deliver the package on the 21/02/2013 before 1 o'clock and he said he cannot do that because the driver is unavailable.
Please can you address this matter since it is being handled very unprofessionally.
