Getting the Parcel... Smart. NOT Simple. UNSorted

Good day,

I was sent a parcel from the University of South Africa, a proud first prize certificate for my hard work. I got the sms to say its been couriered on the 13th of December and heard nothing from Skynet. I started contacting them around the 20th of December 2013 and with no avail. I was then told that it is somewhere in a red cage and Lizette is responsible to contact me. No Contact. So i went into the depo on Friday 3 January 2014 to see where my package is. Lizette unfortunately left already, but the friendly gentleman tried to assist to the best of his ability but could not find my package. I then phoned a number of times, eventually Elmarie called back to promise me that SHE will be the one to sort out this mess, that was last Thursday and today (16.01.2014) i had to call again to get assistance, with no luck again... is there anyone that works in this company???
