Dealership with Arrogant Service Managers

I took my car for a service on the 30th of December 2013. They serviced the car and took it for a test drive and they had an accident, seriously damaged my car. They never called me to inform me about the accident. I was informed on my arrival to fetch the car and I was told it's not their responsibility, I must take it up with my insurance as it's not their car. They didn't care about the condition of the car, whether I can still drive it or not. The cost to repair the car is around R 65, 000.00. I must claim from my insurance, loos claim free bonus and pay more on my premium. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. I can't believe it's from Mercedes Benz, such a reputable brand. My advice is buy Audi or BMW, they will treat you much better that this overrated Brand. They employ stupid, arrogant managers to look after their customers, what a shame. I'll be selling my car after it's repaired and I'm not driving Merc Benz again.
