Mercedes-Benz just does not care

Bought a brand new C200 last year in August and the car has been in and out of the workshop for the last 8 months without been able to resolve the problem. The car spontaneously shakes and loses power lasting from a few seconds to a few minutes. Last week I nearly cause a major accident when the car played up while driving on the freeway. This happened after had been in the workshop at Mercedes Benz for 6 weeks straight in June for testing, so called repairs and if I can believe them Mercedes Benz even sent a technician to Cape Town to try diagnose the problem. Clearly with out success. The dealer has been promising a replacement vehicle for weeks now and they would give me a proposal. The proposal submitted today was not for a replacement car but a trade-in and I would have to pay in. This is the stupidest proposal I have ever seen. I must pay to resolve a serious technical defect that Mercedes themselves cant fix. I was stupid enough to buy another Mercedes B180 in March this year for my wife with major regret. I followed all the channels and was very accommodating in the whole process. Time to take legal action. Let's see if they will return my calls now. Disgusting Mercedes
