Fixing the broken handle

I just want to congratulate Mr Billy Ngobeni, for the great service and attitude especially when helping customers. I took my car to Mercedes Benz Fountain on Monday the 10 June, on Tuesday 11, he called me to tell me my request has been approved. I should bring my car for handle repair on Wednesday. I bought my car from the Menlyn branch, but they were unable to help me. After I took my car to Mercedes-Benz Menlyn, and I was told that Germany should respond first before they can fix that handle. It took them a week to tell me that Germany will fix my car out of "Goodwill" and I must pay R3000.

Thanks Billy, you are an asset to MB fountain, keep up the good work. This is the reflection of the Mercedes-Benz brand. I was also transported on time. The drivers attitude (Ismail) is amazing as well.
