I was very disappointed when I visited the Mercedes Benz Culemborg to test drive then new A-Class. The sales person was horribly unfriendly and made no effort to explain anything to me - I had to drag information out of the "Sales Executive". I am not sure whether being young was part of the reason and perhaps he thought I could not afford it?
I logged a complaint on the Mercedes website for the branch manager and didn't even receive a response.
For a brand that I idolise - I am really disappointed if this is what Mercedes stands for. Guess I'll be sticking to my Audi for now.
