My car packed up on Sunday 22 Dec, it got towed. I stayed until 10pm waiting for transport. Made my own own arrangements to get out if Dinokana, asked if accommodation could be arranged. It couldn't. I found a bnb and slept over. Eventually a rental car was delivered. On Tuesday, I went to the dealership, was told no courtesy cars available. Rental extended, but had to take car to Joburg meaning more costs, to return to Rustenburg I had to use public transport which is money! Now all this will not be reimbursed? That said I don't have a car and need to sort out stuff before I go to work on Thursday. And by the sound of things my car has not been looked at because no paperwork has been submitted for parts to be ordered! I am really very disappointed by all these events.
