On 7 Feb 2013 our vehicle was towed to Maemo Motors, Jeep dealer in our area. Today, 12 days later, and after phoning the dealer daily and notifying Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I finally got an indefinite answer regarding the part (a pipe) that was needed to do the repair on my vehicle. I have been left without transport for the last 12 days, as the warranty does not provide for a courtesy vehicle and Maemo Motors does not have vehicles available. According to the dealer, if parts are not available, if has to be imported. This is understandable for large and expensive parts, but for a pipe, it is not acceptable at all. The attitude of the Call centre staff is shocking! If this is the way clients are treated, I'll rather sell my vehicle!
