I have been calling kia cape town for the past 5 times and unfortunately i keep on talking to a guy called Godfry and it seems like every time he says that he will call me back insisting that i give him my car vin number and contact details but he has Neva in the 5 times that i have called him done so and i would like to know where am i going top get help for my kia if you the agents treat us like this just coz i don't speak Afrikaans foes not mean that i cant afford to pay for my parts and services your service is very appalling i wish i had never bought this car coz now its over a month i have been waiting for you guys to call m e back and i have wasted over R100 in airtime and still you haven't gotten back to me
