BMW LYNDHURST offered to get me a rental car when they messed up an arranged date for the return of my car. They made the arrangements for 1st Car Rental to collect me and get a rental car. I was never informed or given a choice to make my own arrangements to get to 1st Car Rental. Jenny said that BMW would be paying for the car rental. 1st car deducted a fee for rental and a fee for collection. BMW said they apologized for not being upfront regarding the costs. An apology for miss leading a client is not sufficient. I do not see why I should be out of pocket for this transaction.
