SHOCKS REPLACED 27/1/2012 NOW NEEDS NEW SHOCKS

On 27/1/2012 My Jeep Commander's two front shocks were replaced by Jeep East Rand. This year on 25/1/2013 when my car went in for its annual service, i was told it needs two new front shocks (1 year and only 3 007 kms later). The right front shock is really bad. Jeep Bedfordview approached Chrysler Head Office and asked that these obviously damaged goods / shocks be replaced at their cost - daily/weekly contact with the Board/Committee of Chrysler was made by Jeep Bedfordview. Only on 13 February 2013 has Chrysler now said "no, they refuse to replace my (damaged) front shocks. I must pay for them to be replaced R3 500"

Please put Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge last on your car shopping list in future. Not because they are bad dealers but when you question Head Office regarding anything that was done to your vehicle or damaged parts that were put into your vehicle, they will not speak to you. They go through the dealer and the answer is always a simple "NO, YOU PAY AGAIN".

So unprofessional, they are still under warranty!!! If it went out of warranty it was because we were awaiting the response from Chrysler.
