I bought 2 vehicles from the branch with a trade in of another vehicle. It was discussed that the payment of the premium on the 'old' vehicle will be part of the settlement payment from the dealership. When I went to sign the papers, the settlement amount / trade in did not include the payment and I still had to pay it. A cash back payment was said to be paid into my account and will reflect on my account on 2 December 2013. On the 2nd I phoned Francois and said that the payment did not go through. He said that all was done and I just need to keep an eye on my account. This continued with daily calls to him until the 12th when only a third and on 27th another amount was paid in with a third still outstanding. Michael the salesman had promised spotters fee to the person that had shown me to the dealership. The spotters fee would have been paid as soon as the transactions were approved and the vehicles been delivered but is still outstanding on 30/12. The manager Francois said on 23/12 he would take care of it and it will be paid in on 27/12 but yet nothing till 30/12. Promises not kept and is bad. A month and it is not completed.
