I was interrogated when I called in a vehicle with a faulty battery. I had to remind the little girl that I was a paying customer who expected service! I also extended my rental with 2 days and was charged an exhorbitant R749 for 2 days on a "P" class vehicle! After me then telling Paula that I would be in to settle the outstanding amount the next day Paula proceeded to charge the amount to my card without saying that this is what she was going to do, despite my request. NOT ACCEPTABLE! These little girls are short of at least 2 weeks customer service and communications training. They are not!! I think that the drivers you have there should replace the little girls that you have behind the counter!! Well done guys, your attitude and customer service was awesome!!!
