I am still so angry with this company.NEVER EVER in all my experience with any company did I get treated in such a HORRID manner, from the day I phoned in to book a service, by the young indian girl at the booking counter, making me run out to get my VIN number only to phone again and she tells me it is not required, then she books me for the wrong date, I phone again to make sure the correct date is recorded and she BLAMES ME for her capturing the wrong date, I take my car on the 20 Dec, and all the info Ronnie(the only helpful person) reads out from my cell no, I.D, and address is WRONG, so what happens if that person came to fetch my car from them after service? I am sure that person recd SMS on my car? Shouldn't that girl have confirmed and changed my details during my booking!!! And as for Anusha, who was my 'Service' Advisor she lacks compassion and service standards.I was informed my car will be ready by 13.00..I missed Anusha's ONE call, I tried phoning her over FIVE times left numerous message to call me back, and NOTHING, I stood in the sourching HOT sun for over two hours waiting, I was so angry I was shaking, I recently recd a 'courtesy' call and I still await a call!!!!
