I booked a service for my car via the bbm service provided by McCarthy vw umhanga, within 10mins of my request, i received a call from comformations to confirm my booking, i also made arrangements with gerda via bbm to test drive the new G7 GTI.
upon arrival, i was greeted by anusha who confirmed my details & asked if there was anything else that i wud like to have checked out-i mentioned it to her.my car was then handed over to kreesan who wud be my service advisor.
later that afternoon, kreesan called to inform me that my car was ready for pickup.whilst waiting for my car, i was introduced to shikar, who accompanied my partner & i on the test drive-i was sold on this beauty!!!..now for the best part-i got an incredible discount (thanks shaun), not to mention the "the funny sound from the right side of the car" had been sorted out (thanks sagren bheki)...& to think all of this was made possible by the bbm service... PLZ KEEP THE BBM & FB SERVICE, IT MAKES LIFE SO MUCH EASIER AND FUN-ie: test driving the best cars!
