Pathetic service recieved from Nedbank

Our company applied for petrol cards as an added extra to an existing nedbank account.
We were sent forms by Anusha Nathoo and explained what and how to fill them in.
After about 3 weeks of no replies or responses we contacted Anusha Nathoo and were informed that she was incoreectly informed of what information should be provided.
After filling in another set of forms we waited another 2-3weeks and once again had to contact Anusha Nathoo to ask what was happening. According to Anusha she had "forgotten" to send through our applications and we had to wait yet again.
We each recieved a sms stating that our cards are ready for collection at the Hyde Park Nedbank on the 10-10-2013. After failing to recieve our cards due to a utility bill problem we agreed to return the following day.
11-10-2013 we tried to collect the cards but were told that they were not ready for collection and that no one knows why we recieved an sms.

This is really pathetic, it is almost a month since we have requested petrol card from Anusha Natloo and still she has failed to assist us.
