I have received the wrong account billing for the month of may / june I have done payment but the lady at account cannot send me an up to date billing request, I have mailed her and she is telling me of the month ahead, I am very angry coz wen a payment is done late they quick to send a letter of demand and call a person and on you, when we moved in wrong information was supplied to us but we had to sit with the mistake. This is very unprofessional as the wrong details was sent to me and when I request a up to date statement they make as its my fault and charge me for the bill.
