Jan 02 i emailed to request a cancellation of voucher codes:0010140HRU-R60 and 0010095OAQ-R216.
feb 19 i emailed to advised my previous emailed of 02/01 was ignored and that all i recd was surveys to rate the pathetic service.
mar 01 Laura advised my groupon account will be credited with the full amount. i replied the same day asking by when this will happen and no responce recd.
mar 25 i sent another email as the refund was not credited but this time i also requested the cancellation of Voucher code: 00100437NL: - R119 as Cafe Sofia advised when i called to make a booking that they are not accepting any groupon vouchers so this one was also not redeemed. i requested that all 3 be credited to the credit card used to make the purchaes, i have recd confirmation that all my emails were recd but still to date i have not recd any refund. i purchased other voucers from groupon in the interim but i wished that i has not. i am really angry and dissapointed in the lack of customer service. i just want my money back.
