Poor service, bad after sales

#1 i bought my Volvo V40 D3 Geartronic some 4/5 weeks back, the car i traded had a tracking unit from Altech Netstar where the dealer said they'll see to it, it gets removed and fitted to my Volvo. after 3 weeks i found out that the previous car was sold in Nelspruit WITH the unit still intact. after a follow up on the issue, the reply was "it's out of my hands...", now i still struggle to find the unit, get it removed and fitted to my Volvo, with the insurance on my back. #2 after i drove my car home, i noticed a deep scratch on my left mirror, being on a Friday, i lunched the complaint the follwoing Monday, Volvo refuses to replace it. #3 i orderd and paid for roof racks and 2 bike carries, now the bike carries don't fit on the roof racks. #4 the boot lid of the car doesn't close completely making a noise everytime one goes over a bump. i still need to lodge the boot complaint with the dealer, but service is so poor, one wonders why you would even reconcider or take clients to buy a Volvo.
